We sell:

  • Original artworks (one-of-a-kind hand-painted pieces)
  • Art prints reproductions of original works (on stretched canvas)

All artworks and prints are subject to availability and may vary slightly from the displayed images due to the handmade nature of the works.

All artworks are created by Gergely Fabian and are subject to copyright.

 
4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and do not include VAT and local taxes, which may apply depending on the buyer’s country.
Payment is securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via PayPal. Your card or PayPal account will be charged at the time of purchase. All payment details are securely processed via third-party providers and are not stored on our servers.

Delivery Times (estimated):
  • UK: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

Prints are typically sent via Royal Mail or standard postal services.
Original artworks are shipped via tracked courier services.
Tracking will be provided when available.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and external factors (see Force Majeure below).

 
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customers are advised to check their local customs rules before placing an order.

 
7. Returns and Cancellations
Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
 This applies in accordance with UK and EU distance selling regulations.

Return Conditions
  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item.
Exemptions

Custom or commissioned artworks and made-to-ordered canvas prints are considered custom items and are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services
  • Loss or damage during transit (unless insured and tracked)
  • Website downtime or errors
  • Third-party service failures (e.g. payment gateways, print labs)

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased item.

 
10. Availability

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product without prior notice.
 Product availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

 
11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal for payment processing and external print labs for producing prints.
 We are not responsible for service outages or errors caused by these third parties.

 
12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • War or terrorism
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
 
13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Gergely Fabian Art.
 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

 
14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
